A book by Linsey Sands

Lincy Sands is a Canadian writer specializing in romantic historical and mystical novels, some of which were published in Russian in the Mini Charm and Charm series. Sands was born in Leamington, Ontario and raised in southern Ontario. Linsey sent the manuscript of her first novel to Harlequin Enterprises shortly after graduation. In a response letter from the publisher, it was reported that the novel needed revision and editing, which the aspiring writer considered a refusal. Sands attended the University of Windsor and worked full-time at the same time, managing to write in her spare time. In 1997, her debut novel "Marital Duty" ("The Deed", 1997) was released, which began the cycle "The Deed", which then included "The Keys to Paradise" ("The Key", 1999) and "Lovely Savage" ( "The Chase", 2004). The most famous (and largest) Sands cycle is the love-vampire "Clan Argeneau" ("Argeneau Family"). Lynsey Sands is also the author of the series "Devil Of The Highlands", which includes "Devil Of The Highlands" (2009), "Taming the Highland Bride" (2010) and "The Hellion And The Highlander" (2010 ). Sands is the recipient of the Paranormal Excellence Award for Romantic Literature (PEARL). Sands` works have been nominated several times for the Romantic Times Award in the categories Best Historical Romance and Best Paranormal Romance, and have also been nominated for the PEARL and RIO Award.
