Chris Kuzneski (born 1969) is an internationally recognized author of six novels. His latest thriller, The secret crown, will be released in America in January 2012. Chris grew up in Indiana, Pennsylvania with his parents and siblings. In fourth grade, he wrote his first book, A Cookbook for Monsters, a fantastic book that taught the cooking and nutritional needs of a dozen creatures he had invented. The school librarian was so impressed that she printed this hardcover book and placed it in the school library along with the books his classmates liked so much. So, imperceptibly, the career of a writer began. Chris attended Indiana High School where he was chosen as a high school jester and joined the offensive line on a team that has consistently won the CENPAC championships. He continued his football career at the University of Pittsburgh, playing with future US National Football League stars Tony Siragusa, Jeff Christie, Mark Stepnoski and others. Unfortunately, a severe leg injury ended his athletic career. Fate in Pitt, he wrote for the Pitt News (Indiana newspaper) and the Pittsburgh Post-Newspaper, eventually earning a bachelor`s degree in writing (writing) and a master`s degree in teaching. From 1992 to 1998 he taught English and coached football teams at two western schools in Pennsylvania and was elected to Who`s Who of America`s Teachers. But in his opinion, he continued to do not what he wanted. He wanted to be a writer, and so he quit his job and took a bold step ...

His first novel, The Plantation, received praise from James Patterson, Nelson DeMille, Lee Child, James Rollins and several other famous authors of the genre. His next thriller, The Sign of the Cross, was published in 2006 and became an international bestseller. At the moment, it has been translated into over 15 languages. "Sword of God" has climbed even higher in the lists, entering the bestseller lists of the New York Times and London Times. His fourth book, The Lost Throne, debuted in the UK`s Top 5 and remained on the lists for several weeks. It was also his first American hardcover novel. His most recent book, The Prophecy, hit # 4 on the UK charts and was released by Putnam in the summer of 2010.

Chris now lives in Florida. In those moments when he is not enjoying the sun, surfing and hurricanes, he is working on the next novel in the series "Payne and Jones", which will be the seventh in this series.  Bibliography Payne & Jones Series 1.
