My name is Meghan Chase.

I thought it was over. That my time with the fey, the impossible choices I had to make, the sacrifices of those I loved, was behind me. But a storm is approaching, an army of Iron fey that will drag me back, kicking and screaming. Drag me away from the banished prince who`s sworn to stand by my side. Drag me into the core of conflict so powerful, I`m not sure anyone can survive it.

This time, there will be no turning back.

A book by Julie Kagawa

Julie Kagawa was born in Sacramento, California. But nothing exciting, in fact, happened to her there. So, at the age of nine, she and her family moved to Hawaii, where she soon discovered a whole world filled with large predatory insects, gecko colonies and frequent hurricanes. She spent most of her time in the ocean with reef sharks, jellyfish and eels staying away from her ...

If she didn`t swim, Julie would immerse herself in books, often to the chagrin of her teacher, who would find novels under a math textbook during class. Her love of reading led her to write very scary and horrible stories, complete with color illustrations, which shocked her unfortunate teachers. The mountains of fairy tales disappeared over time, but the passion for writing remained long after she graduated from high school and had to get a real job. To pay the rent, Julie worked in various bookstores over the years, but found that managers did not approve of reading the books she had to put on the shelves. And she turned to her other passion: cynology. Julie worked as a professional trainer for several years, avoiding Chihuahua bites and overly enthusiastic Labradors. As soon as her first book went on sale, she stopped her studies and began writing her full time. Julia now lives in Louisville, Kentucky, where the frequency of shark attacks is at an unprecedented level. She lives with her husband, two nasty cats and one Australian Shepherd, who is too smart for his own good. And the last addition, Papillon puppy - Continental Toy Spaniel. So she writes to herself, on her home page http://www.juliekagawa.com/bio.html
