Thomas Friedman Books



Thomas Friedman (born July 20, 1952, St. Louis Park) is an American journalist, three-time Pulitzer Prize winner (1983, 1988, 2002). Friedman worked as a correspondent for The New York Times in Beirut and Jerusalem in the 1980s. He was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for describing the 1982 Israeli-Lebanese War and especially the Sabra and Shatila Massacres. For his description of the First Palestinian Intifada, he received this award for the second time.
